The church is in the Roppongi Hills area. From the Hibiya line, the exit you need to take is "1C". That is the Roppongi Hills side of the exit. After going through the ticket wicket and through the covered breezeway, you see Roppongi Hills in front of you. There's a vaulted ceiling type of escalator there. Go up the escalator, to the pedestrian deck sort of path. Concentrate on staying on the pedestrian deck and just go straight forward to Azabujuban side (with the escalator at your back), then you'll get to the church which is at the end of the pedestrian deck.
If you are coming from Oedo-line, go out from exit number "3"; go left for 200m and then you will see the same vaulted ceiling type escalator.
While you are walking on the pedestrian deck, you will first go past the "Virgin Cinema" on your left side, and after the cinema there is a stairway that goes down. Go down there, and then continue to go straight. That's the only time you have to go down any stairs before you get to the end of the pedestrian deck, DO NOT go down the stairs when you see the bright screen of "TV Asahi building" on your left hand side. Instead, keep on going straight on the deck, towards the two tall brown buildings (Roppongi Hills Resident buildings). This last part of the pedestrian deck is little dark but do not worry; you will go past a small wine shop and a bakery eventually and finally get to a small park. That's the end of the pedestrian deck, and the church is on your left side. The meeting is on the 3rd Floor of the church.
